• Solution Focused Therapy - brings attention to constructing solutions rather than focusing on the problems. In constructing solutions, we will work on goals that are practical and sustainable.
• Problem Solving Model - identifies a problem, then creates an action plan to solve the problem, and then actively implements the solution. 
• Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy - identifies unhealthy patterns of thinking and works to change the thought process. This is necessary because thoughts have an effect on our feelings/emotions, which in turn causes us to behave/act in certain ways.
